Dan Bauchiero
Dan Bauchiero is an Affiliate Broker with Eakin Partners. He is currently focused on tenant representation and assisting landlords in leasing their space.
Dan graduated from Belmont University in 1999, with a B.A. degree in Music Business. After graduation, he went to work for BMI as a performance royalties collector. Subsequent to his tenure with BMI, Dan joined the Nashville Predators, selling suites, season tickets and group packages to both corporate clients and individuals.
Dan came to Eakin Partners in 2004. Since that time, he has negotiated over 1,300,000 SF of office space, valued at more than $100 million. His clients include such recognizable names as Adecco, Farmers Insurance, Simplex Grinnell, Verizon, Walgreens and many others.
Dan is married, and has two children.
