TIM S. Hickey
Tim is an Affiliate Broker at Eakin Partners and focuses on leasing and sales of retail-oriented properties, in addition to site selection and analysis for retail end-users, investors and developers.
Tim graduated in 2005 from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He began his real estate career in January 2006 at Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC in Knoxville, Tennessee.
He’s represented landlords and tenants in lease and sale transactions including Sonic Drive-In, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, The Rush Fitness Complex and individual and institutional landlords.
Tim earned his CCIM designation in 2010 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
In 2011, Tim moved to Nashville and began building his business in the local market. He and his wife live in Nashville.
