Tom Hooper
Tom Hooper's main focus at Eakin Partners is office sales and leasing in the Nashville market, representing both tenants and owners.
Tom is a native of Brownsville, TN and graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. Upon graduation from college, Tom joined the Tennessee Republican Party, serving as campaign manager for a State Senate race and then as Deputy Political Director.
He began his real estate career with the office leasing team at NAI Nashville. Prior to that, he spent five years at Nashville-based Investment Scorecard, Inc. as Vice President of Client Services. Tom joined Eakin Partners in 2003.
In 2005, Tom was named a "Rising Star" in the Commercial Real Estate Industry by the Nashville Business Journal (NBJ). He earned his CCIM designation in 2006, and in 2008 was named a "Heavy Hitter" in the NBJ's list of office brokers. In 2009, he was named a CRE MVP by the NBJ and was just recently named as one of the CRE Top 50 by The Nashville Post.
For three consecutive years, CoStar Group, Inc. has named Tom as one of their Nashville Power Brokers. His clients include such recognizable names as AmSouth Bank, Raymond James Financial, Manpower, TBWA/Chiat Day, Oreck Corp. and Amstar Group.
Tom is married, and has three daughters.
