PAOLA OLSON
Paola Olson is the Property Manager for Eakin Partners. For each property, Paola develops and implements strong relationships with executive and senior management, tenants, and vendors. As a conscientious and detail-oriented manager, Paola oversees all facets of property management, including lease administration, preparing and managing property budgets, and controlling all property-related expenses. To ensure that each property is operating at the highest possible level, Paola coordinates all maintenance activities, solicits and negotiates contractor bids and maintains all vendor related contracts. In addition, she oversees tenant, building and capital improvements.
Paola is a native of Cleveland, OH where she began her career in the commercial real estate field. Her back ground includes real estate development, regional and national tenant and Landlord Representation, and property/asset management. She furthered her career in healthcare real estate management in Minneapolis, MN handling a portfolio of class A medical and professional office buildings across the country.
Paola joined the Eakin Partners team in June 2011 with more than 13 years of commercial property management experience.
Paola is married and has two daughters.
