Bo Tyler
Bo Tyler is an Affiliate Broker at Eakin Partners. He serves tenants and owners of commercial properties in both lease and sale transactions.
Bo is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Class of 1998.
Prior to working with Eakin, Bo lived in Washington, DC, where he worked for the full-service commercial real estate firm Spaulding and Slye (which was eventually acquired by Jones Lang Lasalle) as a project manager in the construction management division.
Bo joined Eakin Partners in 2006. His current portfolio of landlord representation includes more than 1,000,000 SF of office product, including Burton Hills I and II in Green Hills, Fifth Third Center and Cummins Station. Notable clients include: CapStar Bank, Brasfield & Gorrie, Dye Van Mol and Lawrence, and Amstar Group.
Since joining Eakin, Bo continues to rank high among his peers in transaction productivity. He ranked 4th personally in the city for office space leased/sold in 2011 and was listed as #4 on the NBJ’s Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitters. Most recently, his work contributed to Eakin Partners ranking 3rd in the Nashville community for lease volume per agent in 2011.
Bo enjoys spending his time in the outdoors, with his wife Margaret and son Harley.
