Downtown Law Firm Moving to New Gulch High-Rise

A longtime downtown Nashville law firm is moving to a new office development in the Gulch.

According to a news release, Manier & Herod has signed a lease for 15,397 square feet of space inside the new 1201 Demonbreun office tower, which is being built by locally based Eakin Partners.

Herod has signed a lease for 15,397 square feet of space inside the new 1201 Demonbreun office tower, which was designed by Hastings Architecture Associates.

With this deal, 1201 Demonbreun is now 77 percent leased. Other tenants in the building include Neal & Harwell, Sony Music Nashville, CapStar Bank and William Morris Endeavor Entertainment.

Manier & Herod, which has 28 attorneys and 53 total employees, is currently located in One Nashville Place. The law firm plans to move early next year.

Shane Douglas, of Colliers International's Nashville office, represented Manier & Herod in lease negotiations. Eakin Partners was represented by its brokers Tom Harwell and Rob Eakin, according to the news release.
