Eakin Partners’ Chairman, John Eakin, has developed over 3.6 million square feet of office product in the Nashville Market. Over the last 30 years Eakin has developed signature properties in the Airport, Green Hills, Brentwood, Downtown, and West End submarkets, and has overseen the development, financing, leasing, and management of many well known successful buildings. In addition, Eakin Partners oversees two real estate investment funds with current holdings valued at over $100 million. E.P. Real Estate Fund I owns Burton Hills I and II, Roundabout Plaza and SunTrust Plaza, all Eakin developed Buildings.

E.P. Real Estate Fund II, a $36 million equity pool, has completed its first transaction, the 4th & Commerce Building, which contains 50,000 SF of commercial space and 658 parking spaces. 

Future projects for Eakin Partners include 1201 Demonbreun and Burton Hills Vi. The 1201 site is planned as a two-tower, 500,000 RSF mixed-use development consisting of Class A retail, office and subsurface parking. Burton Hills VI is a 54,000 RSF Class A Office Project located on the last available site in the Burton Hills Office Park, one of Nashville most well-established office locations.
